Score and Parts - March To The Sunrise (PDF)
This piece is intended to provide a joyous and accessible option for a first march experience. The march shares its main theme with Edvard Grieg’s Peer Gynt Suite No. 1, Op. 46, movement 1 ‘Morning Mood’. You will need at least one player for each part listed (four players in the winds, and three percussionists). You may assign them using your best judgment about balance and skill level.
Very easy beginning band piece! Kid-approved. (My 6th grade beginner band LOVES it as well as my 7th grade band!)
