This piece is intended to provide a joyous and accessible option for a first performance experience. The piece features Beethoven’s Ode To Joy melody from 'Symphony No. 9, Op. 125'. The original theme which includes eighth notes is in the ‘Advanced’ parts and can be played simultaneously with the slightly easier ‘Part 1’. You will need at least one player for each part listed. Very easy beginner band piece! Students love to sing and play this melody!
